Project Manager / Project & Operations Support (Contract), Remote or Local
What is a Project Manager at Sentient Collective?
Sentient Collective is looking for a Project Manager who thrives in ambiguity and brings calm, structure, and clarity to early-stage projects. This role is designed to support internal business owners by ensuring that ideas in motion are translated into clear actions, stable operations, and shared understanding across teams.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational momentum; tracking tasks, aligning stakeholders, and making sure information flows reliably while a project is still taking shape. You are the connective tissue of the team, helping create the conditions for creative and strategic work to happen smoothly, without being the one setting the strategy itself.
This is a hands-on execution role. While you will work closely with decision-makers and multidisciplinary collaborators, strategic authority sits elsewhere. Your impact comes from precision, follow-through, and the ability to bring order to complexity so others can focus on shaping what comes next.
Why work at Sentient Collective?
At Sentient Collective, we create beautiful experiences through design, regardless of discipline. Beautiful experiences are not just visual, but an intentional mix of sensory experiences and ideas. We don’t simply create concepts. We work with our clients to bring actual products and services to market from start to end.
